Back in Communicado‏

First off let me say, Merry Christmas Everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Secondly let me say, D-Rats, still no injuries, explosions, sicknesses, hospital visits, diarrhea, food poisoning, vomiting, fungal infections, we haven’t managed to get lost, be detained, interrogated, searched, held at gun point or abducted, we haven’t seen any hit man, bank robberies or Siamese twins.  What then am I supposed to write about??  Don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining it just seems that unless there is some dire situation it would appear I’m not motivated to write.  And in the past 6 weeks we’ve done nothing but have abundant amounts of fun so there hasn’t been anything to spark my creative mind.
I usually pride myself in not writing those emails that simply state:  Today we bought some bread and then read our books on the beach, I got a bad sunburn and Timmy stubbed his toe. Saw a dead wombat on the way home; he was all puffed up like he’d been inflated with helium, thought about bringing him home for my sister’s new baby.  For dinner Mum cooked beef stroganoff.  Overall I’d give the day an 8 out of 10 though I did pee the bed after blacking out from excessive drinking.
Alas I’m going to write one of those emails right now:
Throughout the fall Rachael and I worked for the family painting the outsides of the apartment and then as the first snowflakes began to fall we split, 10,000 miles to southwest back to Australia. Upon arrival we bought ourselves a van and then drove it south to Rachael’s families place.  There we hung out for a couple weeks, doing up the van, surfing and chillin with the fam.  Headed out on a three-week surf safari to test out our new camper van.  After a successful mission we’ve returned to Pambula for Christmas and New Years.  Here we’ve met back up the our good mates Will and Rhian, you will remember them from the asia jumping photos last trip.
That’s about it, not that exciting I know but I’ve wanted to send an email and so there it is.  a
Maybe these photos will spice it up a bit!!!!  I’m sending a lot to make up for the lack of communication on my part J
Lots of Love and Merry Christmas from Rachael and I
